Schmidt Electric Company (SEC) is a full-service electrical contractor based in Austin, TX, with an additional office in Houston. Our company started as small operation with only two employees working out of the back room of a family home. Over the last four decades, we have achieved incredible growth, deploying a team of hundreds and boasting a project portfolio that includes many of the state’s most high-profile organizations.
SEC’s longevity in the industry is driven by our highly motivated and dedicated professionals. This team approaches each new project with the same philosophy: we believe every client is the most important facet of our company.

Giving Back
We value our role in helping improve the communities where we live and work. SEC has also participated in community service events and even hosted outdoor youth weekends for children fighting cancer.
