Schmidt Electric provided electrical services for the expansion of the St. David’s South Austin Medical Center. The capacity of several departments was increased thanks to the additional space created by the south and central tower expansions, including operating rooms, the ICU, and the emergency room.

This 368-bed acute care facility offers a range of specialties, including nationally accredited oncology services, an on-site trauma center, and comprehensive cardiac, orthopedic, maternity and newborn care.
