Schmidt Electric provided electrical construction for a five-star, Italian-inspired luxury resort in West Austin. Originally named Hotel Granduca Austin, it is now Hotel Viata.

Our scope of work included electrical solutions across the entirety of resort, featuring:

  • 194 guest rooms and suites
  • Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub
  • State-of-the-art fitness center
  • Visconti Ristorante, which serves authentic northern Italian dishes
