Schmidt Electric provided comprehensive electrical services and digital controls for this renovation project. Originally a 295,000-square-foot office and storage building, the building was expanded to 500,000 square feet.

Tenant improvements included LED lighting, an auditorium, open offices, break areas, conference rooms, copy rooms, and a two-story atrium lounge.

GM houses part of its IT team at this location. Team members are engaged in developing web technologies, end-user applications, dealer and factory systems, and vehicle technology.
