Schmidt Electric provided electrical construction services for Dell’s Parmer South Campus, as well as their Round Rock Campus, working on engineering offices, research and development laboratories, and a data center. Both projects were completed on accelerated timelines. 

Dell Parmer South consists of:

• PS1 – 328,000-square-foot, four-story office building
• PS2 – 378,000-square-foot, four-story office building with a 48,000-square-foot one-story connector building that links it to PS2 and PS3
• PS3 – 330,000-square-foot, three-story split four-story office building
• PS4 – 140,000-square foot, one-story building with R&D laboratories
• PS1, 2, and 3 feature large areas of open office space on raised computer flooring.

Dell Round Rock consists of:

• Two flexible office buildings featuring designs aimed at maximizing cost effectiveness 
• Total of 140,000 square feet
