Schmidt Electric provided electrical services for this new 25-acre campus project located along Austin’s waterfront. Construction included a 650,000 square foot high-end office building, an eight-story parking garage, and a fabricated central plant.

The project focused on sustainability and features abundant natural light, connections to nature and the outdoors, and an outdoor plaza. Amenities include multiple cafes and wellness and fitness facilities.
