Schmidt Electric provided comprehensive electrical services for the construction of three new buildings on the campus of the Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan, Texas. 

The project included a four-story Health Professions Education Building connected to a four-story Medical Research and Education Building, as well as a remote central plant building. Total square footage of the project was 263,492.

The education buildings feature lecture halls, seminar rooms, medical simulation labs, research labs, a vivarium, BSL3 lab, and office and support spaces.
